- Proceed to checkout, select your shipping options and delivery address, and provide or verify your payment information. Maizena® accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
- Review your order carefully prior to submission to ensure accuracy. All sales are final.
- Submit your order by clicking the “Place Order” button. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
You consent to receiving order status update emails related to your purchases. You can opt-out of promotional emails through your account settings or using the unsubscribe link in each email.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order and ship all products promptly based on stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or implement limits on order quantities at any time.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier. Shipping and delivery timelines displayed on the Site are estimates only; your receipt of shipment is subject to delay beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances outside our control.
If your product is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and allow reasonable additional time for delivery before requesting a refund. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To obtain a refund, please contact us to explain the basis for your return request.
If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Custom, special order, or personalized items may not be returned. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with these requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period. We also reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account for any reason at our sole discretion without notice to you.
